How to replace damping vibration isolator?

• Ensure that there are appropriate tools and equipment, such as wrenches, sockets, lifts, etc.
• Prepare new damping vibration isolators and necessary accessories.
   

• Loosen the fixing nut of the wheel, but do not completely unscrew it.
• Use a lift to lift the car, keeping the wheels at a certain distance from the ground for easy operation.
• Completely unscrew the wheel nut and remove the wheel.
• Depending on the vehicle model, it may be necessary to remove the brake cylinder, arm fixing bolts, and spring arm fixing nuts.
• Use a special tool to fix the vibration isolator arm, loosen the upper body fixing nut of the vibration isolator, separate the lower end of the vibration isolator from the front axle fixing point, and then slowly move the vibration isolator away.
• Thoroughly loosen the upper body fixing nut of the vibration isolator and remove the vibration isolator.
   

• Use a vibration isolator spring remover to secure the spring and prevent it from moving up and out.
• Secure the new damping vibration isolator to the car body, but do not fix it in place.
• Use specialized tools to secure the vibration isolator arm, ensuring that the lower part of the vibration isolator can be placed on the front axle support.
• Use bolts to fix the lower end of the vibration isolator arm and the front axle together, secure the nut of the spring support arm, and then screw the upper body fixing nut of the vibration isolator into place.
   

• Fix the wheel fixing nuts in diagonal order (without tightening them).
• Use a lift to lower the car and tighten the wheel fixing nuts.
• Perform four-wheel alignment to ensure vehicle stability during driving.
