Product DetailsFloors installed with measuring and manufacturing equipment may experience vibrations to varying degrees. If these vibrations have adverse effects on the equipment, an effective solution is to use vibration isolation tables (vibration reduction tables) to create conditions that are compatible with the equipment.The active isolation table uses electrical control to immediately eliminate vibration by applying a force in the opposite direction to the incoming vibration. Sensors continuously monitor vibrations, and based on this information, actuators generate forces in opposite directions and continue to produce optimal vibration isolation. The active isolation platform is good at isolating vibrations in the low-frequency range below 10Hz.The AVI series active temperature vibration coupling adopts advanced vibration technology, which is suitable for any research situation and can vibrate in 6 degrees of freedom directions, including horizontal and vertical directions. The AVI series platform utilizes an electric acceleration sensor within the Litian controller to sense external vibrations. By converting external pressure information into electrical signals and sending them to the piezoelectric transducer in the isolation module, the transducer generates a pressure signal that is equal in magnitude and opposite in phase to the incoming pressure to eliminate the transmitted vibrations. The original vibration system utilizes a feedback loop to eliminate mechanical resonance in the vibration system.
